Cleveland, Ohio is the 51st largest city in the United States. It is often referred to as, “The Land.”

When visiting Cleveland there are many things to do and see that are very well known. The Quicken Loans Arena, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team, Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Indians baseball team, and First Energy Stadium, home of the NFL team, the Cleveland Browns. All these stadiums host great events that are well worth the money. You can always see amazing concerts at these venues too.

Cleveland is more than just sports too. The Rock & Roll hall of fame is a wonderful attraction that you definitely should check out when visiting Cleveland. It has something for every music lover. Another great place to visit in Cleveland if you are into the Arts is all of their art museums. the Cleveland Metro Park Zoo is also a wonderful place to visit for all ages. The zoo is very large and has an animal for everyone. the famous Christmas story house is also located in Cleveland, Ohio and is a great place to visit during the holiday season.

“When my kids were younger, we lived very close to the zoo and would go multiple times during the week, rain or shine. the cleveland zoo has always been so friendly and I love going back.” says Melinda Black.

Besides all the great attractions Cleveland has, the restaurants are also something special. Barrio, a Mexican place that is famous for their made to order tacos, should definitely be at the top of your list. Another place is the well-known, Mabel’s BBQ. It’s a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. Both of these places are located right by Progressice Field and Quicken Loans Arena downtown.

You should add Cleveland Ohio to your bucket list of places to travel to next.

    mabel’s BBQ sounds delicious! I can’t believe I live in Midwest, albeit Indiana, and have not visited! This was a great overview of what Cleveland has to offer and would love to see Rock Hall, the zoo, and I think Canton nearby has the NFL hal of fame!

  2. Would love to visit Cleveland! Cannot believe neither of us have been there and we both live in Midwest. The Rock hall and zoo doubd marvelous and will have to try Mabel’s BBQ! Great overview.
